Matt Burrows is 18 years of age. He is a keen guitarist who is willing to play / experiment with just about any style of music.
Matt first picked up the guitar at the age of 10. He teaches guitar at Magpie Music in Bega.
He has been a member of Guitarama for 3 years.
He is influenced by the likes of David Gilmour, Mark Knopfler, BB King, Joe Satriani, Michael Romeo, Steve Vai, Frank Zappa, Ewan Dobson and Eric Johnson. Well he did say “just about any style”.
Matt’s mission is to find that elusive unique guitar sound. Matt – as soon as you find it, come on back to The Shed and tell us how you did it !!
Matt has been playing with the fabulous Guitarama ensemble for three years, and features on their soon to be released third cd. That cd can be pre-ordered from the Guitarama Facebook page.
